I used chicken bouillon cubes but high quality ones. Otherwise you can use a homemade chicken broth.
For four persons, make 1 litre.
Wash and drain 4 tbsp of canned sweet corn. Add sweet corn to the hot chicken stock and swirl around with a fork. Slowly swirl in egg whites of four eggs. Make sure the egg whites are runny and that the resulting texture is cloudy. Keep swirling with a fork to do this.
Serve immediately.
